Briefs: Returned Mail unveils new portal

NAPERVILLE -- Returned Mail Solutions Inc., which provides undeliverable-as-addressed mail services, on Tuesday announced the availability of UAAHome 1.0, a Web-based reporting and analysis portal that features real-time features for returned mail data integration. With the portal, customers will be able to track undeliverable-as-addressed physical mail and other files.

Corn Products profits, sales rise

WESTCHESTER -- Corn Products International Inc., a global provider of agriculturally derived ingredients, on Tuesday reported profits of $51 million in the third quarter, up 38 percent from last year. Net sales of $877 million in the third quarter improved 30 percent from 2006. The higher sales resulted from a better price and product mix, foreign currency translations and higher volumes, the firm said.
