Ginobili out, Parker doubtful for Spurs

SAN ANTONIO -- Manu Ginobili is out and Tony Parker is listed as doubtful as the injuries woes continue for the San Antonio Spurs.

Ginobili won't play Thursday night against Utah after straining his left groin in Wednesday's overtime loss at Dallas.

Parker re-aggravated his sprained left ankle in a loss Saturday against Oklahoma and didn't play against the Mavericks. It was the third game Parker has missed this season.

Tim Duncan missed two games last week with an ankle injury of his own.
