Outlook Remember watching Geneva play last year and the Vikings would turn teams over with their press, leading to fast breaks and unselfish passing and a lot of points? Get ready for more of the same. "We'll be a lot like last year, especially with pressure defense," Nolan said. "We hope to use our quickness to get easy transition baskets." Kat Yelle committed to Ohio University in August and certainly showed the skills in last year's postseason and summer AAU play to be one of the top scorers in the area. Santos averaged 13.3 points a game last year for Bartlett, while Scofield and Myra Yelle both will have bigger roles after coming off the bench in '08. Allen led the 27-0 sophomore team in scoring and has a sweet 3-point shot, while Dori Rogers is another key reason the sophs didn't lose a game last year. "We are deep at guards," Nolan said. And of course the Vikings are just as strong inside, where Augustine and Wicinski - both Division I volleyball players - return. Sam Dudman also is back after backing up both last year, while Brooke Binette is a "really good athlete" that can play the 3 or 4, another moving up from last year's sophomore team.
