Rolling Meadows Thanksgiving food drive on

The annual Rolling Meadows Thanksgiving Holiday Basket Food Drive will be Nov. 16-23.

Rolling Meadows Rotary Club and Harris Bank appreciate the support of the community each year. The food is taken to the pantry at St. Colette's church.

Deliver nonperishable food double-bagged in paper or plastic to the lobby of Harris Bank, 3225 Kirchoff Road. Donors should check expiration dates for freshness.

Rotary members can arrange pickups of large contributions. Call Deborah Caruthers at the Northwest Special Recreation Association at (847) 392-2848 before Monday, Nov. 16. The pickup will be Nov. 23.

The pantry needs many kinds of canned and packaged goods and will appreciate $20 gift cards for local grocery stores.
