Special utility billing office hours in St. Charles
The city of St. Charles will host special utility billing office hours as it makes a transition to a new billing system.
On Friday, Feb. 9, the utility billing office will be closed for in-person counter activity but will be available to answer phone calls.
On Monday, Feb. 12, the utility billing office will be closed as staff finalizes the transition. The utility billing office will reopen on Tuesday, Feb. 13 with regular office hours, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Payments can be deposited at one of four drop boxes throughout the city. Drop boxes are located at 2700 E. Main St. in the Foxfield Commons Shopping Center; at the St. Charles Police Station, 1515 W. Main St.; and at the municipal building, 2 E. Main St., in the north parking lot and at the southeast side of the building.
