Speaking for a Constitutional Convention is Bruno Behrend, co-author of the new book, "Illinois Deserves Better," and the radio talk show host of "Extreme Wisdom" on WKRS-AM 1220 in Waukegan. Speaking against it is Dan Proft, a featured political commentator on the Don Wade & Roma Morning Show on WLS-AM 890.
