Releasing prisoners not the right answer

Looks like Gov. Quinn is following in the footsteps of former Gov. Ryan, releasing prisoners instead of trimming the budget of waste and feel good programs. My question to the governor is: "Will you take the place of any prisoner that reverts to kind and is caught in crime again?"

Let's be responsible for our actions. Perhaps the governor should hire Sheriff Joe from Arizona to teach our prison system how to save money.

Political management doesn't seem to work very well either in the state or the nation.
