Elk Grove High School hosts Fall Music Showcase

Elk Grove High School's Fall Music Showcase, formerly known as the Pops 'N' Pizza Concert, will be held 6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 24 in the school gymnasium, 500 W. Elk Grove Blvd. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. for this popular event, featuring the combined talents of Elk Grove High School's band, orchestra and choir. Each group will perform two or three selections. Music teachers/directors are Ron Fiorito, Jr. (band), Renee De Jager (choir), and William Baar (orchestra).

Beverages and foods such as pizza and pasta will be sold during the concert. Admission is $5 for adults and $3 for students and senior citizens. Children under 5 admitted free. For more information, call the music department/fine arts coordinator's office during school hours at (847) 718-4498.
