Little Friends seeks winter clothing for resale shop

Cleaning your closets could help children and adults with autism and developmental disorders.

Serendipity Resale Shop - a volunteer-run store that raises money for Little Friends Inc. - needs donations of winter clothing. Proceeds from the sale of donated items help fund the education and support programs offered by the nonprofit organization based in Naperville.

The Naperville shop will accept adult and children's clothing in excellent condition, free of tears and stains, as well as donations of linens, home decorating items, household items, jewelry and collectibles.

Donations may be dropped off at Serendipity, 12 W. Jefferson Ave., Naperville, when the store is open: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday; 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday and Friday; 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday; and noon to 4 p.m. Sunday.
