Hilarity, confusion ensue in Neil Simon's comedy, 'Rumors'
"Rumors" abound as the tenth wedding anniversary party begins at the suburban New York home of Charley, Deputy Mayor, and his wife, Myra.
Neil Simon's uproarious adult farce opens the 49th season at PM & L Theatre in Antioch.
As the couples begin to arrive, comedy erupts when Myra is nowhere to be found and Charley has shot himself in the head - nothing serious but there is blood. The mystery continues as a cover-up ensues, more guests arrive and confusion as to what has happened grows.
When the police show up, the rumors become even more entangled and the guests resort to all sorts of trickery. Hilarious and engaging, "Rumors" is an adult show with adult language.
