Wellness Center offers kids competitive swim clinic

Children, ages 5 to 15, who can swim 25 meters or more may participate in the Delnor Health and Wellness Center Kids' Swim Clinic. The clinic consists of 10 one-hour lap swims, focusing on the four competitive swim strokes: freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke and butterfly. Competitive starts and turns also will be covered.

The clinic will be held on 10 specific Saturday evenings Oct. 10 through March 27. The cost of these workouts is $125 for members and $150 for nonmembers.
