Ban on texting only makes sense

Thanks to Gov. Quinn for bringing common sense behind the wheel by banning text messaging while driving.

Could you imagine Calvin Borel or another celebrated jockey texting on a horse galloping in excess of 35 mpg?

Now if only he could ban road rage.
