Corporations now control the U.S.

The health care battle shows where we are as a nation.

In the battle over a public health care option, Americans can see where we have come as a nation. Those with money and power listen to others with money and power and ignore the wishes of those who pay their salary, vote, and do not have wealth and power.

Senators receive huge campaign contributions from the health care corporations and deny the rest of us the security of health insurance like they have.

The battle between corporations and the people is over. The corporations have won.

We might as well stop having elections and save the expense by just letting the corporations appoint our legislators. That is not far from what happens now.
