Awakening The Hidden Storyteller: 1-3 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 15, Reed Turner Woodland Nature Center, 3849 Old McHenry Road, Long Grove. Activities in this two hour workshop provide the basic tools for scout leaders, educators, parents and grandparents to embrace the art of storytelling for their audience with nature in mind. Nehara Hadassah Couples Bowling League: 8 p.m. on the fourth Saturday of every month beginning in August at Lakeside Lanes, 900 S. Lake, Mundelein. This league goes from August to May with a $25 payment every month per couple.
