Villa Park Walmart remodels

VILLA PARK - The Walmart on S. Route 83 in Villa Park is undergoing a complete remodeling and is expected to be completed in October. The store is also hiring about 40 additional associates to help with the remodel. Among the many improvements are a new layout, wider aisles, low-profile shelving, bright interior paint scheme, enhanced lighting and easy-to-read signage. The store will remain open during the renovations. Maps of the store layout will be available at the entrance and directional signage is throughout the store. The majority of construction and moving will be completed during the overnight hours to make shopping easier for customers.
