New site offers travel tips

ELGIN - Travel experts James and Heather Hills of Elgin, are featured in the new book Design and Launch an Online Travel Business in a Week. The couple run travel Web sites focusing on gender specific travel. Man Tripping (mantripping.com) is dedicated to promoting great guys for Guys Weekends and Mancations. Chick Vacations (chickvacations.com) does the same, but for women. Man Tripping is dedicated to helping promote exciting opportunities and working with marketing and PR people to develop packages to attract guys to their destinations and resorts. Chick Vacations exists in a more competitive niche, so Heather chose to focus her site on helping women find budget-minded opportunities for travel and focuses solely on travel within the United States.
