Endangerment charge filed

A 27-year-old Carol Stream man was arrested for endangering the life and health of a child Monday in Hanover Park, police said. Ulises Vazquez, of 540 Arrowhead, Carol Stream, was arrested around 1:55 p.m. Dec. 8 on the 1300 block of Nautilus. A court date and additional details were not available.
