Penn, Wright agree property split

SAN RAFAEL, Calif. -- Court records show Robin Wright and her husband, Sean Penn, have already agreed on how they will divide property in their divorce.

Wright filed for divorce Aug. 12 in San Rafael, Calif., citing irreconcilable differences with Penn, her husband of more than a decade. The couple have agreed to share custody of their 16-year-old son Hopper Jack Penn.

Publicists for Wright and Penn didn't immediately return e-mails seeking comment Wednesday.

The couple, married in April 1996, have filed for separation or divorce twice before, only to dismiss their petitions.

They attended the Academy Awards together in February when Penn received an Oscar for his role in "Milk." He didn't thank Wright in his acceptance speech.
