Where is my mail going?

I, along with several people in the Palatine area, have a serious problem with the mail service. It seems that outgoing mail is not being received by the addressee, and it isn't returned to the sender.

We have mailed several payment bills, cards, letters, etc. that completely disappear or are they in some postal worker's trunk or basement?

The Palatine Post Office, depending on who you talk to, have said they don't know, or promised to look into it.

It seems that no one really cares. Just want to know what is going on with the Palatine Post Office. Thank you.
