Have we honored our fallen troops?
I recently read a letter from a serviceman who voiced his disappointment and righteous disdain that an entertainer's death was celebrated worldwide, with our Congress even observing a "moment of silence" for him.
Thousands of our servicemen and women have given their lives for our freedoms, and not once has Congress paused to honor each of them. And have we, as American citizens, taken their deaths for granted and not honored their memory as we should?
