Sex abuse outrage

Am I the only Catholic who is outraged by the recent article regarding the sale of the parking lot at Holy Name Cathedral? The article states that the anticipated $100 million or more will be used to repay money borrowed to cover the financial costs of clergy sex abuse claims. It also states that the archdiocese owes more that $200 million, mostly related to sex abuse claims and could end up with another $100 million in costs for pending and future claims. Two things I would like to see in my lifetime that would fix the problem: Ordain women and make celibacy optional.
