How do you say 'fore' in Japanese?

PHOENIX -- Kosuke Fukudome was back in the lineup Monday after getting Sunday off. He went 0-for-2 with a walk and 2 strikeouts in the Cubs' 6-4 loss to the Brewers.

Sometimes Fukudome will play golf in his free time, and he can hit the ball "a ton" according to his translator, Ryuji Araki. (Fukudome swings the bat left-handed but the golf club righty.)

Asked if he played golf Sunday, Fukudome answered "no" in English.

Asked how good he is, he replied: "I can't play on the PGA."

Fukudome, like all players, will do conditioning work and hit in the batting cage on days off. Asked if he did that Sunday, he said: "Do you think I should?"
