Pause and remember before voting
From the latest ugly revelations of what took place at the Burr Ridge cemetery to the jailed former governors, to the current impeached governor, to the questionable Senate seat appointment, to the apparent "pay for play" way of doing business in the county and state, to the inept governance of the county and state, it appears that we are living in the absolute cesspool of this great country.
I would suggest that those of us who try hard and care about where we live give great consideration to who should be in charge of the government of Cook County and the state of Illinois in the future. Think about it at the next election. The connection between cemetery and government may not be evident but the misbehavior in one place tends to breed it in another.
