DeLacey Center collects food for needy

The deLacey Family Education Center, 50 Cleveland Ave., Carpentersville will be collecting nonperishable food and family care items for FISH Food Pantry, Carpentersville. Items can be dropped off at the school office, Oct. 20-24. All donations will be delivered to FISH on Make A Difference Day, Saturday, Oct. 25. Items such as rice, beans, cereals, canned fruits and vegetables, tuna, peanut butter and pet food are most appreciated. Toothpaste, paper items, shampoos and detergents will also be accepted.
