North Chicago woman dies in car crash

Neiqula Liddell, 44, of 2111 Prospect, North Chicago, was identified Saturday as the woman who died in a five-car crash at Route 41 and Route 137 Buckley Road Friday evening.

According to Lake County Coroner Richard Keller, Liddell was driving southbound on Route 41 and ran a red light at the intersection at about 5:30 p.m. Friday. She was pronounced dead later that night in the emergency room at Lake Forest Hospital.

At least one other person was injured in the crash and was flown from the scene.
