Little City talks about plans for the future

The Little City Foundation is holding its annual public meeting outlining future plans and answering questions at 6 p.m. Monday at 1760 W. Algonquin Road, Palatine.

The meeting, which will also include a showing of the contents of a 25-year-old time capsule that was recently dug up, is open to the public.

At 7 p.m., there will be an awards presentation, including the Partnership Award to Nigel C. Blakeway, chief operating officer of Omron Eletronic Components LLC and the Spirit of Inukshuk Award to Cook County Sheriff Thomas Dart.
