Both Dems, GOP to blame, not Bush

Mr. Robert Boros of Mount Prospect on June 17 blames former President Bush for lowering the tax rate, which is false and cannot be laid at his feet. The blame goes to a lot of people and to both political parties. Furthermore, throwing money at the problem will not solve the problem. Neither will raising taxes on the rest of us.
