Looking for a cure for cell phone syndrome

Apparently cell phone usage is a contagious disease. I suspect a typical conversation would go something like this - "Hi Phyliss, I just left our favorite store and I thought you might want to know that they have all kinds of sales this morning." "Oh and they're passing out free cups of coffee, which I have in my other hand while I steer with my knees, chuckle chuckle." Some drivers can steer pretty well with one hand. However when one half a brain is driving and the other half is thinking and talking to Phyliss it is totally hazardous.

On the upside when authorities, finally, if ever outlaw hand-held cell phones while driving, and enforce that law, just think how well people will be able to drive with two hands and a whole brain. Oh and please apply makeup at home. There is hope. Prayer may be helpful.
