Sky scouting report

Chicago Sky at Minnesota Lynx, 7 p.m. Saturday at the Target Center, Minneapolis

Web: webcast on WNBA.com

At a glance: After a 47-point win over the all-male E-League all-stars, the Sky is ready to start playing for real. Star 6-foot-6 center Sylvia Fowles (10.5 ppg in 2008) is healthy and looking strong after spending much of last season on the bench with a knee injury. Add in veterans Candice Dupree (16.3 ppg) and Jia Perkins (17 ppg) and some key off-season acquisitions, such as highly regarded rookie point guard Kristi Toliver out of Maryland and free agent 6-foot-5 center Chen Nan of China, and the Sky seems equipped to challenge for its first playoff berth- Minnesota, which replaced its head coach three days before the start of the season, features Seimone Augustus (19.1 ppg in 2008) and Candice Wiggins (15.7)

Next: Sky home opener, 7:30 p.m. Friday at UIC Pavilion
