Thanks for making Memorial Day special

The Hampshire Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 8043 would like to thank the Rev. Joseph P. Nicolosi Jr., the Rev. Howard Gleason, members of the post, the Ladies Auxiliary, American Legion Post 680 and Ladies Auxiliary, AMVETS Post 91, Helen Lawrence, Hampshire High School band students, Eric Palm of the village of Hampshire, other organizations and the entire community for the excellent attendance at the Hampshire Memorial Day Services. A special thank you to Rear Admiral Kenneth Deutsch and his wife. We had a very memorable day, thanks to all of you.

We also want to thank the members and everyone in the Hampshire/Burlington Community for their monetary participation in our recent "Buddy Poppy Days." We appreciate the people who allowed us to stand in front of their businesses and also John Fenzel for the use of his window for our Poppy Day and Memorial Day display!
