Fundraiser held for Lane Bryant shooting victim

Friends and family of a woman killed in last year's deadly shooting at a suburban Lane Bryant store are holding a scholarship fundraiser in her honor.

Carrie Hudek-Chiuso was one of five women slain in February 2008 at the Tinley Park clothing store.

The 33-year-old Frankfort woman was a high school counselor at Homewood-Flossmoor High School.

Sunday's fundraiser is called "Carrie-Fest" and is being held in Frankfort. The money will benefit disadvantaged children.

The Tinley Park Police Department is investigating the killings and authorities say the sole gunman remains at large.
