What about the rights of a baby?
On columnist Ellen Goodman's list of those who are trying to impede women, she includes Justice Anthony Kennedy and his quote: that woman seeking abortion need to be protected from "regret, grief and sorrow." Goodman writes: "even if it means protecting them (women) from their rights."
Ms. Goodman, where does it say in the Constitution that anyone can be deprived of their life without due process? What about the baby's right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness"?
Re: The surgeon general saying for advocating abstinence-only education, Goodman says it is "bunk." Ms. Goodman, by definition abstinence is totally effective against social diseases and unwanted babies.
