When should we be giving a hand?

I understand giving a person a hand when it is needed, but when we as taxpayers are giving Section 8 privileges to two families (they are related) and those 2 families have eight brand-new vehicles among them, something is wrong.

They all work and yet pay no rent. I find this funny, when there are people out there losing their homes and doing all they can to make ends meet.

Yet these people are exploiting our system and reaping all the rewards.
