DePaul says student has swine flu

Officials at DePaul University say a student has a confirmed case of swine flu.

A message posted on the university's Web site late Tuesday said the student lives in a dorm on the school's North Side Chicago campus. The message says the student will stay on campus and has been isolated.

Officials say the school will remain open.

The state of Illinois has confirmed 707 cases of swine flu. Of those, 300 are in and around Chicago.
