Arlington Hts. police hosting Toys for Trots drop-off event Saturday

The Arlington Heights Police Department will host its second annual Toys for Tots Drive Thru Drop off event Saturday in the Target parking lot at 1700 E. Rand Road.

New toys in their sealed packages can be dropped off from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. Toys should not be wrapped and police cannot accept stuffed animals, organizers say.

Arlington Heights also has drop-off locations available now until Saturday at the temporary police station, 1500 Shure Drive; village hall, 33 S. Arlington Heights Road; the public works building, 222 N. Ridge Ave.; and the Senior Center, 1801 W. Central Road.
