Gregor's game tracker: Lopsided win deserves an A

Saturday's grade: A lopsided win at Tropicana Field deserves an A. The Sox jumped out to an early lead against the Rays for the third straight game and kept piling on runs this time.

Another milestone: At Detroit on Monday, right fielder Jermaine Dye hit his 300th career home run. Against Tampa Bay on Saturday, Dye collected his 1,000th RBI.

Power ball: Carlos Quentin hit another home run, his sixth of the season. Since the start of last year, the White Sox' left fielder has 42 HR, the most in the AL.

Pods watch: Scott Podsednik started in center field and led off for Class AAA Charlotte for the third straight game Saturday. Podsednik was 1-for-3, doubling and scoring a run. He's batting .182 (2-for-11) overall.

On tap: Today's starter, Gavin Floyd, has never faced the Rays in the regular season. Floyd started vs. Tampa Bay in Game 4 of the ALDS last year and allowed 4 runs on 5 hits over 3 innings.
