Branding will help village thrive again

Lake Zurich has become saddled with significant challenges, including the accumulation of over $40 million in debt over the past 10 years, but thanks to its natural distinctive beauty and the wonderful people within, it still has a chance to recover and thrive under the right leadership. While most elections would have you choose between candidates who place their own motivations of pride, greed or envy above the well-being of the public, there is hope for above-board leadership in Lake Zurich thanks to Village President candidate Suzanne Branding.

Suzanne Branding is someone we can trust to find ways to improve Village services, appearance and amenities in a sustainable, logical and resident-friendly manner. She has held true to her campaign promises as our trustee and has conducted herself with integrity throughout her two-year tenure. She believes in open, honest government and in providing residents with the opportunity to be informed and have a voice on issues. And quite notably, she has formed productive working relationships with other local governing bodies and makes decisions based upon proper due diligence and fiscal responsibility. As a new mother who wants her son to grow up in Lake Zurich, as a homeowner and as a hardworking professional, I highly encourage every eligible Lake Zurich resident to vote for Suzanne Branding on April 7.
