Bensenville company upgrades Web site

A Bensenville-based water treatment firm has launched some upgrades to its Web site, offering more features for clients and aiming to expand its business.

Earthrise Environmental Inc. (www.EarthwiseEnvironmental.com) now offers project photos and case studies, a resource guide with industry partners and associations and the role of water system management in worrisome Legionnaire's disease prevention.

"The Web site had been an older design and it was time for the upgrade," said spokeswoman Sue Markgraf. "The company plans on growing the business and will be unveiling some new growth over the next six months."

The company was founded in 1995 by Robert S. Miller of Park Ridge.

It now has 11 employees, who work with hospitals, schools, hotels, food processing plants and other companies. Clients have included Northwestern Memorial Hospital, University of Chicago Hospitals, Soldier Field and the commercial offices of Hamilton Partners.

The modernized Web site also offers news releases, industry resources and more.
