Mathias, board, Stolman urge vote for Johnson

To confront and overcome the serious challenges we face, we need serious people who understand the role of village government, who have invested effort to learn about the issues, and who possess the knowledge, focus and temperament to work collaboratively for real solutions.

Joanne Johnson may be "new" to the office of village trustee, but she is no stranger to Buffalo Grove village government and our volunteer service.

Joanne has a long record of productive involvement in the village and many other aspects of our community. Joanne's diligent work on village committees, and at her church and local schools, has earned her the trust and respect of her colleagues, and of the current village board.

She understands that the issues we face require more than platitudes, signs and slogans. She knows the solutions will not be easy. She is independent, honest, capable, focused and strong enough to stand up to be counted when she believes we can do better. We are confident that Joanne is ready, willing and able to roll up her sleeves and get the job done.

And, we know that Joanne wants this opportunity for the right reasons, because she feels strongly about the issues, but more importantly because she wants to serve the people of Buffalo Grove, improve our community and make it a better place.

Please join with us on April 7th and vote to elect Joanne Johnson as Villa Trustee for the Village of Buffalo Grove.
