Downfall started with the unions

This economy and unemployment is getting to me. Back since the time of the caveman and beyond, trees were growing the same as they are now. The thing that changed is the people with greed. The unions of all types of products materials, homes, cars, ships, you name it, got involved.

The union is just another workplace made by men with greed. It is like the old days when you had to pay for protection to keep working. If not, you could not work for fear of your life. How can a small business and a large business make enough money to pay for help, taxes, Social Security, insurance, vacations and payroll that is so far out of line. Because the union says so, they have to get their dues, to pay for their new house, new car, high living, great vacations, and on and on.

They have to pay carpenters, masons, electricians, roofers, laborers, car assemblers, factory workers double because the union needs their part of the pie to support their needs.

Look at the cost of your cars. The car has not changed since Ford made the first one. It has a body, motor, and four wheels. The union changed that. They took over the auto industry, made the companies pay higher wages, so materials went up, the same metal only higher wages. A car 40 years ago like Ford made sold for $6,000. Today the same car is $20,000 to $80,000. Why? The cost of labor to make materials needed has gone up.

Then you have the building trades, same materials, wood, stone, metal no better than it was since time began. Who changed it? The union. A home 40 years ago, $25,000, now a home much the same as 40 years ago with the same products today that house cost $250,000. What changed? The union's higher wages. To cover the cost the unions are demanding forces small and large companies to close their doors.

Give the people a chance to run their business and give the people a chance to vote on this army that took away an honest day's work for an honest day's pay.
