Scouting report The Tigers' 1-3-1 zone defense is always stingy and always seems to create a lot of turnovers. There's no question about that. The question for the Tigers is, can they score? They lost a number of games last year because they averaged about 30 percent shooting and 30 points a game. "It's not really so much shooting, it's all the things before the shot comes," Kroehnke said. That means making good passes and then taking good shots. No one player will carry the load. It will have to be a group effort on offense, and on the boards. As usual, the Tigers have very little height. Still, the Tigers are expected to do well in the DVC, and Kroehnke is hopeful. "We're looking good," he said. "We've got almost everybody back from last year, so we're ahead of where we usually are." Credille was just cleared to scrimmage last week after blowing out her knee in a summer-league game. It was the second time that happened to her, and Kroehnke plans to be patient. "We'll wait and see. We're still a little ways away with Hannah," he said.
