Canada good model for health-care plan

We need a national health care system in this country that is accessible to all. It is appalling, embarrassing, inhumane and simply unacceptable that a country such as the United States of America does not have a well running nationalized health care system in place, such as the one currently operating in Canada, that would allow every human being the right to receive medical care. I have met people from Canada who attest to how wonderful their health-care system is, how they do not even notice the small amount of tax each of them pays for it and how they cannot believe how horrible it must be for us here in the United States, because of the costs and the way our health-care system operates. It is shocking to them that any of us here in America do not have such wonderful insurance as they do. Here in America you either have NO insurance because you cannot afford it or you have insurance, but the deductibles and copays are astronomical or the insurance will not pay what the hospital charges, so many that do have insurance do not use it. What a choice. This should be a top priority to all Americans and it is ignorant to say a few cents or dollars from each and every person will be a big deal when it would afford every human being in this country to be covered in all ways for their medical care. Please educate yourself on Canada's health care system before you make your final decision. I vote for national health care, just like Canada has.
