Doesn't 'choice' mean several things?

The pro-choice advocates wish to limit the "choice" to having an abortion. Doesn't "choice" involve choosing from several options, even keeping the baby or giving it to parents who haven't been successful on their own? That is saving the life of the child and enhancing the life of others. One choice is selfish, the others beneficial.
