Don't make things worse with headlines

I was infuriated when I saw the headline DEPRESSION?

It so incensed me that I was ready to call you then, but thought it best to calm down first. How could you have been so stupid and insensitive as to do such a thing? Don't you think that people are worried enough about this current situation without having to wake up to something like that? We certainly don't need you rubbing our faces in it!

I have been a subscriber for years, and always looked forward to receiving my paper; however, today I was not in the least anxious to see it.

I don't know what, if any, feedback you have received about this, but hope that you will accept it as it is meant to be - an honest (but angry) criticism.
