2 Rockford residents killed in crash

DONIPHAN, Mo. -- Three people are dead after a vehicle went out of control and slammed into a utility pole in southeast Missouri.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol said the Ripley County crash early Wednesday killed the 55-year-old driver, Randy Williams, and 65-year-old passenger Larry McKinney, both of Rockford, Ill. Another passenger, 48-year-old Cynthia Hall of Paragould, Ark., also died in the crash.

All three victims were pronounced dead at the scene, about four miles east of Doniphan.
