Florida, Michigan should get no votes

I've just watched an interview on BBC America with a super-delegate. I was under the impression the rules set forth by the national party were clearly stated and they forbid the state parties holding primary elections early.

The gentleman stated the Florida and Michigan delegates would be seated at the convention, but it remained to be seen what weight would be given their votes.

The rules were made by the Democratic National Party and disregarded by two of their state organizations. They should live by the rules they made: No votes for the violators. And, that should include their super-delegates.
