Kolssak represents change Wheeling needs

As we witnessed in the recent presidential election, voters are demanding change. David Kolssak represents the kind of change the residents of Wheeling should support.

The Kolssak family has invested itself in our community for over 35 years. David has continued the family tradition by establishing his business in Wheeling and by choosing to raise his family in Wheeling.

I have known David for over 25 years as a student, a young man, a businessman and now a family man. I can attest to his strong convictions, his ability to stand up for what he believes in and his leadership skills.

If we truly want to make Wheeling a "community of choice" we need new leadership and new ideas. David represents "new Wheeling," a Wheeling I am proud to support.
