Despite threatening rain clouds, Danny Webb of Wayne flies kites Saturday at the town picnic in Dunham Field celebrating Wayne's 175th anniversary. Webb and wife, Cheryl, have been coming for about five years to the event, which includes multiple kite fliers, wagon rides, food, music and a bonfire.
