It's about time Kirk had an impact

I'm just thrilled that Dan Seals has lit a fire in Mark Kirk.

Kirk has authored a bill that may actually come to the floor in Congress.

The bill is an energy independence bill. Of course, Democratic Jay Inslee previously introduced a similar bill with a similar name in 2005 when the Republican's ruled. That was when George Bush denied global warming and Mark Kirk voted for drilling in ANWR.

When Mark Kirk went to Washington, the price of gas was $1.50 per gallon.

Now Mark Kirk is chanting along with Bush and McCain to open up more leases for offshore oil drilling.

Drill, drill, drill is wrong, wrong, wrong.
