Reform opponents must offer solutions
Since the Republicans have a paucity of ideas and may be determined to oppose the bill, they can help their constituents by suggesting and implementing specific creative health care lowering of costs - like side-view mirror warning of a car in your blind spot and rear when backing up, greater consumption of complex carbohydrates, unnecessary testing or a safe but slightly longer interval between medical checkups (for example, come back in eight months vs. six months).
Physicians could then handle more patients. Also we need to institute a United States Peace Academy to promote nonviolent conflict resolution and set the example for other countries. This should be paid for by tax-free voluntary donations. It will reduce the future cost of health care of wounded veterans and innocent civilians all over the world.
